It's Spring and time to show your support of listener-funded vegan radio! Please phone-in (713) 526-5738 during the show LIVE 10-11 pm Central Time, heard worldwide at www.kpft.org during our station's 2nd week of the Spring Pledge Drive. We are excited to offer the new city VEGAN RESTAURANT GUIDES specially produced for the drive by VEGAN HOUSTON. We will also hear from vegan scholar Richard Schwartz about his free e-book 'Who Stole My Religion?' We hope to hear the latest news from In Defense of Animals (IDA) and the Farm Animal Reform Movement (FARM). PETA is going to be in town Tuesday with a GO VEG demonstration in downtown, and we thank the Houston Animal Rights Team (HART) for volunteer staffing our phones during the drive.
